The Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program is a long-term visa scheme initiated by the Malaysian government. It is designed to attract foreign nationals who want to live in Malaysia on a semi-permanent or permanent basis. MM2H offers expatriates, retirees, and investors the opportunity to stay in the country under a 10-year renewable visa.

RM 6 Lac and above ( Must have to purchase property purchase after
endorsement, meaning that from the date of endorsement, applicant given 1
year to purchase property. If fail to do so, the MM2H pass will be
cancelled).
It is instructed to be sold within 10 years except for property upgrade.
